Welcome, where comfort meets simplicity.

We offer two resorts, The Good View Resort - our popular main resort, and River Chaem Chan - located nearby. Both provide comfortable, clean and basic accommodation for a relaxing riverside retreat. The Good View has on-river rooms while Chaem Chan has private on-river houseboats. All rooms are designed for comfort and relaxation.

Below are some options that we have, each with its unique features, but all providing great views of the river and hills.

We are very honest about who we are, and don't pretend to be anything we are not.

At our resorts, honesty and transparency are core values we hold dear. We pride ourselves on being upfront about who we are and what we offer. While we don't promise 5-star western standards, we guarantee clean, comfortable, and basic accommodation for all our guests. Fresh bedding, cold A/C, and hot showers are just a few of the things you can expect from us.

Although we may not always get it right every time, our team always strives to give you the best value for your money.

• We extend a warm welcome to all, including guests with disabilities. While we may not be technically equipped for disabled guests, we have had visitors with wheelchairs and other impediments who have enjoyed their stay with us. Please reach out to us beforehand so we can work together to ensure your comfort.

• Families and children are always welcome at our resort. We do want to remind you, however, that we are located on the river, and our houseboats have open fronts. As such, we recommend being extra vigilant and careful when visiting with young ones.

• We are proud to be a pet-friendly resort operation. We believe that your furry companions are part of your family and deserve to be treated as such. We welcome them with open arms and look forward to making their stay as comfortable as possible.

• Finally, please be aware that Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays do carry a small premium charge. Availability can be very limited at those times due to the high level of pre-booked customers, if you are considering those times, please contact us to check if we have rooms available.
